Panasonic EX-L200 Series
The Panasonic EX-L200 series introduces the world’s smallest self-contained thru-beam laser sensor. Capable of detecting a .3mm object at any location between the emitter and the receiver, the EX-L211 can be implemented for a diverse range of sensor applications. The EX-L212 is perfect for longer sensing distance applications with a sensing range of 3 meters. The EX-L200 Series is available in Thrubeam, Retroreflective, Spot Reflective, and Convergent Reflective types.
Due to the customized IC and optical design, high precision detection is fulfilled in a world smallest size with directivity and visibility achievable only by laser.
This laser adopted in Class 1 (JIS/IEC/ FDA) laser that is safe to use, so that there is no need to separate the areas of sensor usage.
The Panasonic EX-L221 spot reflective laser sensor from Panasonic is the perfect choice when you need to sense minute targets or verify a small pin-size hole from 45 to 300mm with reliable accuracy. The Ø 1mm bright red laser spot makes sensor beam alignment quick and easy and is able to detect a Ø 0.01mm gold wire.
The Panasonic EX-L262 features a 5mm x 1mm laser line and is ideal for sensing your most difficult targets. Curved, textured, or thin objects are easily detected over an adjustable distance of 20 to 70mm. The 0.2mm sensing resolution will guarantee consistent output from your automated process.
