Air Heaters

Air Process Heating Elements provide hot air or gases up to 1000 deg. F. The air or gas is directed at a small area to concentrate the heat for applications of drying, laminating, plastic welding of parts, and preheating material.
The typical air process heaters are a cartridge heater type design. Air fittings allow attaching the incoming air to the end of the heater. The air is forced over the element and out the opposite end. Sizes range from 3/8”. ½”,5/8”, ¾” and 1-1/4” diameters.
