AGB Car Wash Solenoid Valves
Solenoid valves in brass and stainless steel play a critical role in nearly all types of car wash equipment. Solenoid valves in normally Closed and Normally Open configurations are the most used valves in a car wash. They are used for various applications in the installation when a function is selected in the bay, power is sent to the solenoid for that function, causing it to open and allow product to be delivered to the bay.
An example is the mixing of detergent solutions or wax to be metered into your high-pressure pump. Other examples are controlling all your low pressure functions such as a foam brush, tire cleaner, presoak, water purification, water softening, spot-free rinsing, blowers and driers, etc.
AGB high flow solenoid valves have a long history of dependability in the car wash industry and although you may not recognize the name, we have produced valves for the leading manufacturers for years. AGB also produces manifolds in brass and stainless steel with 1 or 2 inlets and 2 to 8 outlets.
Coming soon we will also be introducing a new modular manifold system where modular is key to this system, allowing for easy expansion. Modular Manifold Solenoid Valves from AGB are equipped with come with a 2/2 pilot-operated valve that is either normally closed or normally open depending on the actuator model. Designed with a modular structure, it can be installed in a variety of configurations and modules. The modular panel is easy to mount and will keep your backroom uncluttered.
