Strip Heaters are used for surface heating or air over the element applications. The strip heater can be manufactured in a mica insulated construction or as a ceramic channel type heater. The channel heater can be manufactured with fins to help dissipate the heat in applications where there is forced air over the element. Applications are drying ovens, food warmers, space heating and more.
