Gloquartz Fluoropolymer Heaters
All GLO-QUARTZ® PTFE immersion heaters consist of a heavy wall PTFE tube extruded over a grounded stainless steel heating element. Over the side and bottom style heaters come with a 195F over-temperature switch and polypropelene guard standard. Shown below are some Standard heater configurations. Special Configurations are available. Maximum watt density 10 w/sq.in., or our Black PTFE rated at 20 w/sq.in.. Maximum operating temperature 90ºC/195ºF.
Solution should be kept at least 2″ above the heated length at all times.
