Custom Immersion Heaters

Immersion heaters are designed to heat various liquids from water or oil to chemicals. The elements sheath is manufactured from different materials to suite the application. Most common is stainless steel or Incoloy. Screw plug immersion heaters are most common with fittings from 1” NPT thru 2-1/2” NPT. Larger heaters employ flanges with diameters from 3” to 14”.
