Hyde Park / Telemecanique Volksense

The Volksense ultrasonic sensor is an 18mm barrel, nickel plated brass. This sensor is an ideal inductive prox sensor replacement because of its minimal deadband (2mm) and far maximum sensing distance of 2″, with no de-rating curves. It senses all targets equally well (i.e. plastic, glass, metal, wood, etc). The sensor is easy to install, with no adjustments needed. It is 24 vdc, and available with either NPN or PNP outputs, normally open or normally closed.
